About Chogye Padma Choe Dzong Buddhist Centre Inc, Story A Buddhist centre for practice of Sakya sect of Mahayana (Tibetan) Buddhism. We teach and practice Calm Abiding (Shamatha) Meditation. A donation of $7 per session is suggested. Mission Padma promotes peace, harmony, understanding and human value through the teachings of the Buddha as they are taught and practised for 2500years, and in line with the Great Sakya Tradition under the guidance and support of Padma's Spiritual Director, Lama Choedak Rinpoche, one of the most promenent Tibetan Buddhist Teachers living in Australia, also teaching throughout the country, has taught for 25 years in Austrlalia, and has published four books... so far..!!!
