"Dr Brian Todd is a highly experienced Ophthalmic Surgeon who has been practicing in Cairns since 2006. He trained as an Ophthalmic Surgeon in Queensland to attain his Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists FRANZCO in 2004, with Fellowship training in complex cataract and glaucoma surgery at the Birmingham Eye Surgery, UK in 2005-2006.
