About Historic hotel with innovative food, local beer, wine & cider. Live music Fridays and Sundays. Story The Goldmines Hotel was originally built in 1857 by David Sterry, who was of importance both on the Bendigo Goldfields and within the community. The Walduck family purchased the hotel in 2010 and have rejuvenated the garden and courtyard areas. Live music every Friday in BillyRoy's Blues Bar (located in our cellar) and every Sunday on our Courtyard stage between 3pm and 6pm. Functions are our specialty. Our unique building and extensive gardens makes our venue perfect for your next function.
