About Life Cycle Gymnasium is Castlemaine's premier Gym, offering a clean, well equiped space to workout in, in a non confronting friendly environment. Story Life Cycle Gymnasium is Castlemaine's premier lifestyle gymnasium. We are proud to offer a unique gymnasium to the Castlemaine and surrounding community that is clean, affordable and very well equipped. At Life Cycle Gymnasium we can certainly help you with losing weight, however we want more than that, what is really important to us is the health benefits that come from losing excess weight like lower blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar, and lower risk of developing diseases like diabetes. As well as the social and emotional benefits that working out has on our brain! Life Cycle Gymnasium is open for business 365 days a year, accessed via a unique pin code which allows us to tailor a plan to your budget. The gym offers a full range of free weights, Cardio and boxing equipment as well as a fit ball exercise area. Spin Classes are held regularly.
