Had to leave...had durry smoke pouring in through the window because the durry munchers outside were “allowed” to sit there and huff away.  Staff could not care less....

Stopped in for lunch with the family and we all were very happy. It is a pub with a lot of character and history, but also has great service and reasonably priced food. Staff in particular were really attentive and helpful. Is good to be able to come in and help these sorts of businesses struggling with the govt covid restrictions.

Great place for an afternoon get together. Great dishes at affordable prices.  Pick a seat in the corner and watch the world go by.

I've been coming to the Edinburgh Castle for years- it has a real local vibe and friendliness to it.  In recent years its been revamped but has maintained its authentic pub feel. The only thing it needs is slightly better air con in summer but that never stopped us coming in for our Friday drinks!

nice place for dinner or a drink. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. the dinner was very good. I also needed to top up the phone and it was an option. we will definitely visit this place for sure.

Here’s to Trent and Julia - I have not been to this establishment for 2 years, walked in purchased a drink, then 20 min later had the manager Trent come up to me and say we found $50 that you dropped out of your pocket, they had looked back on cameras and found I dropped $50 note, honesty and integrity, what a great feeling! Coming back!

Great bar for a few! Chicken Schnitty was thin and dry for $22 but what can you expect from a old school CBD pub.
