As I have not been able to get to see my regular family doctor, I was forced to go to other bulk billing clinics in the northern suburbs. I have severe arm pain, and I am currently in a difficult financial situation. I am not able to pay for physio or ostheo to help me, so I am trying to get a case plant to get some sessions so that i can at least work out what the issue is with my arm. I had seen Dr Corsini Aragon, on several occasions when I was sick, although not technically my usual DR, he has been the one that I was able to see most often as I cannot for the life of me get a hold of my family dr. Despite advising him that I am in financial strife, in severe chronic pain, and I am a health care card holder, Dr Aragon refused to help me with a care plan. I sat there in tears, as a large adult man, because the pain is so unbearable, begging him to help me. He flat out refused me. He said I was not eligable with him, and basically treated me as if I was a liar. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone, if a doctor refuses to help someone in need, they are not a doctor. They are in the wrong line of work, never going back there again.
Its great that its local. Dr Corsini is friendly, even cracked a joke.nLimit parking at the back, but there's always street parking. Small reception area, with limited seating, but at least there's a TV and plenty of natural sunlight from the big windows. Receptionist is friendly.nnIts very convenient that the blood test is available on site. The blood test 4Cyte Pathology is there during the morning of Monday, Thursday and Saturday. The lady that was there collecting bloody samples, clearly did not want to be there. You can tell from her attitude, monotone of voice and asking how many people were waiting outside her room. However she was very fast and efficient.nnOverall, I had a very good experience at Ultimate Edgars Clinic and recommend to make a booking via HotDoc as there are many walk-ins.
I was really sick and i wanted to book an appointment for today. I called the clinic, one of the receptionist picked up my call, from the very beginning she was so rude to me. She told me to come after an hour but I asked her if there’s any appointment at the noon time, all of a sudden she started to be mean and told me she don’t have enough time to talk to me and said she has other jobs to do blah blah blah. I feel like you need to do your job properly and if u don’t have any appointments lmk properly. There’s no such thing to be rude and scream at. PLEASE BE PROFESSIONAL!!
One of the best Medical Clinic in Melbourne, Dr Corsini very punctual with booked appointments and very nice and friendly, also all other staff including Reception desk are very kind and respectful dealing with all coming customers / patients in a very good way. Deserve for 5star services
Dr. Thinh Duy Nguyen is a great general practitioner especially for those of Vietnamese background. Service was fast and great!
