The worst pharmacy around the area.  Always blaming the doctors for not sending prescriptions. Always told it’s never ready and 3 days wait. I get severe anxiety having to come in here as I forgot to change my daughters prescription over to my new chemist who are amazing.  Elmers end pharmacy are the best. Never once had a problem.  They are rude and always have a major attitude problem with anyone that comes in for help in here!  I changed my pharmacy because of them and having to return yesterday to collect my daughters prescription, they are still the very rude and demanding people in here.  Never again will I walk in here for the abuse they give! They don’t give medical advice they just shout at you!  They All need to go and be re trained in customer service skills because they make you feel worthless in here!  Avoid this place unless you like to be spoken down to or even shouted at!!

Absolutely awful place. Please do NOT use this chemist ! I used this chemist over 2 years ago and was very badly treated and promised I would never return till today.   NOTHING HAS CHANGED. THEY ARE RUDE AGGRESSIVE, ARROGANT STAFF SERVING YOU. They often ignore you even when your standing at the counter. The miserable attitude by one of the staff is awful. I witnessed an elderly gentleman get shouted and badly treated it really upset me. Also is much more expensive. I paid over a pound more for one of my products. Do not use this chemist. Another chemist just along the road is ok.

Absolutely incompetent. They loose prescriptions, claim they didn’t get them. Then they find them. No apologies. Then they are rude. Even the doctors opposite agree they are incompetent. Find somewhere else to go.

I am not normally a person who writes reviews, particularly bad ones. I think I continue to  use this chemist as it is opposite my doctors,  the most local to me. And,  I like to stay local.  It is hit and miss with them  the pharmacists, in particular. Sometimes they are pleasant normal,  but mostly,  unbelievably  rude.  This has got worse over the last couple of years. We are all living in difficult times and the most difficult are for those who need treatment and courtesy from their providers of treatment. I notice that there are are no responses to previous negative reviews of this chemist.  Perhaps,  you the the owners do not care about your customers or your reputation ? I for one am seriously taking my business elsewhere

Revolting experience at this chemist.  C card scheme providers, a confidential Bromley service.  And yet I was asked repeatedly for my name, DOB and personal information in order to receive the free contraception I am entitled to as a 21-24 year old.  No means of complaining as the receptionist extremely rude, IS the pharmacist. Was absolutely shocked to realise that this judgemental front of house was infact the pharmacist herself. Appalling place and will never be visiting again.  Am are adding, humiliating and even worse when I called to make a formal complaint. In her own world this woman, and a nasty service full of judgement against young people.

So rude and unhelpful. So many other approachable staff in other nearby chemists. It doesn’t cost anything to be nice?!!!

Avoid at all costs. Poor service and not open when it’s meant to be. Waste of a lunch hour trying to come and collect a prescription.

It's a chemist, not brilliant service but you can get your m dicin no problem.

Note that they are closed between 1 and 2 for lunch Monday to Friday!
