They let me in at the last minute before closing due to a painful nail situation from another salon and a lady I told was called Helen helped me and made my natural nails look much better.  The only complaint is that they speak their language to each other, loudly across the shop.  My family are from overseas and have always been taught to speak English if you're around people who don't speak your language.  Made me feel a little uncomfortable about what they were saying, so I most likely wouldn't return because of that reason.  Great work though Helen.  Thank you.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

Not at all satisfied with the service. Too expensive and moreover the staff is extremely rude. Never going to recommend and never coming back again . Too many gaps and skipped a couple of things during pedicure. There is an old lady who is very rude. She wasn’t ready to hear anything.Services:&nbsp;Manicure

First off I should probably have read the reviews before going there. Unfortunately I had the old rude woman that’s described in the reviews. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because she gave a nice foot massage. 1/ She didn’t use the callus remover which other salons do 2/ she didn’t ask me or put on the massage chair which I had to ask which other nail salons do it for you 3/ She left me walking bare foot after the pedicure on the dirty floor to go choose another color which other nail salon provide plastic thongs 4/ As soon as I mentioned the callus remover she states she won’t do it then speak in her language to another staff with her face expression displeased 5/ My hand manicure there was no hand massage neither hand cream provided after the service Overall it is not worth your money at this place. Please remember staffs that we come here to get a service we don’t need any attitude! We give money for the service that’s all. Oh and I was watching a lady getting her pedicure done by another young lady and she did a good job I saw with the other customer so I think it depends on who you get!Services:&nbsp;Manicure

Had a shellac pedicure done. I had 2 girls working on it and it took them over 2 hours - it was absolutely ridiculous. In addition, it was so painful. They were so rough and thoughtless - what was meant to be some much needed and rare relaxing mum time, it was slow and uncomfortable. Won’t be returning again.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

1. The staff was not friendly and talk to each other in their language very loud across the room which makes you uncomfortable if you don't understand. 2.They thin out the nail polish by adding alcohol or something there and they had to apply four layers to cover the nails to get the desired color with O. P. I. 3. Applied each layer just one after another with no fanning or no time to dry. I ended up having smudged nails even before I left the place. When asked to wait, they said they close at 5 and it was 4.45pm they had to leave on time.  You just made a very unsatisfied customer.Services:&nbsp;Manicure

I gave 3 as the wait time is good and I was happy with the nails. I did not give a 5 as I find it rude they do not speak English with one another in front of you. Not only are they often 10 - 15 mins late opening the doors in the morning, they don't apologise for it. The women are rude and always have attitude. They have nails showcased of the art they can do, however told me they don't do it. I have been going here for awhile now becauae it's around the corner, I won't be spending money here again. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years, and have posted positive reviews, despite sub par service and often rude staff. However, l will no longer be attending this salon. The owner is never there anymore and staff are disparaging customers and talking incessantly about how a customer looks and is dressed. If you could only understand what is being said, you would never come here again. For my latest service, an aggressive elderly lady twisted and pulled my fingers every which way and l ended up bleeding due to cut cuticles. Also she was so aggressive on the drill that she burnt me and caused a paper thin trauma spot to develop. I kept pulling my hand away and telling her she was hurting me. This caused her to be even more aggressive. NEVER AGAIN!  You have lost me as a customer. You have never truly appreciated me for supporting your business and sticking by you despite bad reviews.Services:&nbsp;Manicure

Absolutely shocking service! I waited for so long to be attended to, to get a pedicure. they served two people that came in after me that were getting their finger nails done. I was left waiting with my feet in ice cold water. No one said anything to me upon arrival that they were busy. After waiting nearly 45 minutes of wasting my time, I walked out!Service:&nbsp;Pedicure
