This is my favourite local Lebanese eatery. The place has a homely vibe, the staff are welcoming and attentive, and Eddie is so down to earth! The food is delicious, I’d recommend the mixed platters. Love the baba ghanoush dip, so yummy.
It is a well presented restaurant, very friendly service and the owner is actively involved and interacts with the customers. Food was ordinary and avarage, at least what we ordered anyway. Each dish was placed on a bed of cabbage, shawarma, baby octopus and kibbeh, which was unusual.
Absolutely fantastic meal. Everything home made, fresh and delicious. Highly recommended.
Tonight I had the pleasure of eating some of the best Lebanese food I've ever eaten! We ordered the Vegetarian Banquet made vegan to share and I missed getting photos of most of it because we got into it so quickly, so here's the one shot I took of the night. My personal favourites were the hummus and tabouli, balila, spinach triangles with spinach from Eddie's own garden and the stuffed vine leaves which I don't usually enjoy but these were so good! Our host for the evening Eddie yes, THE Eddie was humble, attentive, and had such a passion for homestyle cooking. I highly recommend giving Eddie's Lebanese Eatery a visit if you live near the St George area of Sydney. From the starters all the way to the baklava and tea at the end, it was a divine experience. Vegetarian options: They can go 100% vegan if you ask!
Eddies is a go to for me whenever I need to cater for larger groups because of their diverse offering and home cooked style. There is extra comfort in knowing that eddies local business has always put his community first and continues to deliver at the highest quality for an affordable price. Will continue to go to them for as long as I live in mortdale.

The best Lebanese restaurant in Sydney .always fresh and delicious very reasonably priced and good service from Eddie and the whole team . Very homely atmosphere will be back again
A hidden little gem of a restaurant in the suburbs. The food is devine, full of flavour, authentic, abundant and soo reasonably priced. You know you are dining in the right place when the owner is actively involved in his business warmly greeting and serving diners and ensuring everything is spit on. I highly recommend a visit.
Delicious food, my family and I dined here over the weekend and were very pleased with the overall presentation, service and food. A wonderful and traditional Lebanese culinary experience.
Delicious authentic Lebanese with genuine home-cooking comforts. Host previously operated at Roseville for many years next to the cinema. Really glad we made the side trip — Eddie came through! Kids also loved the gelato.
