Frank has been incredibly helpful in helping me sort out my issues with windows and doors. He has never made me feel like a dill with all my questions - just patiently answering and helping me learn about the process. I have used Ecovista for two properties now, re-glazing existing windows on my old house to improve acoustic insulation, and ordering new windows for my new house to work within the constraints of the situation. His work is tidy and he was fastidious in cleaning up after himself. He is very knowledgeable and has been willing to go the extra mile to discuss all options with me, including sizing, sill/reveal/construction details, thermal and acoustic qualities of different glazing options. I really couldn't have asked for me and wish I could find someone as reliable and informative in every trade as it would have been difficult to find such good solutions without him!
