I was dealing with eco travels for years and have referred it to many. But not anymore. Pradeep, you really need to organise yourself. If you really busy then you need to let your manager know. Because of you I lost $600 as you said you have blocked 2 tickets for me and I trusted you. I called you twice to say that I am happy to do the payments too, you said we can do it later and ascertained me that the tickets have been blocked, just because you were busy and then When I called in at a later stage to confirm your staff member said it was never blocked in the first place. I then booked it through other travels and happy to recommend them to the rest of my friends and family. Very appalling

worst ever service i have recieved in my entire life ......... i have almost tried calling them for past two month .......no refund for my cancelled tickets. first they asked me to wait for 10-12 weeks for cancelled air china ticket .......some women from eco travel says she has worked in this same industry in past and air china takes 3 months to refund the money. i said ok i waited 3 months still no refund. the worst part is that everytime i call them they have the same script that they need to consult the refund department , they take note my number and promise to call back which they never ever do....... this has happened atleast 7-8 times. i was patient with them but this is too much . some of the names included gaurav, sunny , neelam  and the worst one was a women i dont remember her name but she was too rude, she shouldnt be in customer service industry at all. she is the same women who said i have worked in other travel agencies and air china takes 3 months . you should wait for atleast three months which i actually did. she dint even allow me to speak and complete my conversation ....the tone she had was too inevitable.

absolute rubbish service ,i would give them 0 star if i can .One of my friend recommended me eco travels but i must say this is the worst company i ever bought tickets from  and the biggest mistake to have booked flights through eco travels, Balbir singh  one of their customer service representative mislead us for the tickets by saying that ,we will get tickets of Singapore airline and can carry upto 30 plus wait and and then he said we can only carry 23 kg and also he gave us tickets of air newzealand and and when i called him regarding that he said he cannot do anything at the moment but next time he will give us discount,that is so stupid that he is still thinking that we are going to book again from them,, must say never ever book through this company,,,

Eco remit doesn't cater d needs of the customers. Absolutely poor service ‼️🔴❌
I used to send $ through them; were doing goods as well to be honest. These days ... lagging....lagging....lagging.

When we make a call, the guy who takes d phn is unaware of d procedures & saying bla...bla...bla...🔴🔴🔴🔴‼️

Really fed up of d outcome. It takes 3-4 days to get d money credited or else half of d money would be transferred- need to wait another couple of days to get d money credited @ destination.

In my perspective, Eco remit is good for sheer $ 500 or less or else u also would become a victim.
If it is an emergency...never ever trust on this 1

I am neither a competitor nor enemy. I am a customer.

# I hate d services☠️; that is why I spoiled this much time 4 scribbling about # Eco remit.
