The service is fantastic, I must have asked a thousand questions and each of it was answered patiently. Very helpful staff members and even if they don't have a certain product, they guide you to where you may find it. Either way, you come out happy.

Really impressed with their service. A little bit more expensive than some places, but a great option for good quality equipment and materials.

Dodgy website takes the money off your gift card before the order is placed. Something went wrong when processing the order online. When I re-put in the gift-card details it now tells me there's $0 left on it. Just spent a thoughtful $50 xmas gift-card on literally nothing... pretty unimpressed. :/

A really cool place for all your arts and craft requirements. They stock everything one could possibly imagine and more. Car parking is on Commercial Road.

Great place ..huge collection of paints ..not much for craft stuffs. And even the stuffs that online site shows are not available in store.

The oldest art supplies shop in Melbourne and still the best!

I visited the Prahran shop twice and I have to say that I unfortunately had poor customer service from the brunette on both occasions. It is disappointing considering Eckersley’s reputation. I believe attentive staff should be representing a shop with high quality Art & Craft equipments.
