Staff are rude. Filthy environment. Unpleasant visit and kids area really needs upgrade. Not a fun experience at all. We won't be back unfortunately.
Worst place ever. Our lane froze every round and took over 5 min to reset. Despite other working lanes being available we did not get moved, even when this problem started on our first round. Atleast 5 machines out of order. This place has not been maintained since it opened. It is decrepit. Overpriced waste of money.
Horrible dirty place. Ended up with black fingers from the balls. Young staff were rude and obviously had better things to do. 75% of the arcade games were out of order. $20 for 2 games for adults and $15 for under 18's was reasonable but thats the only good part.
Never ever go here, poor service, lanes kept faulting, 1 staff member on for counter & cafe during school holidays with a party on & that's just the beginning.

The worst bowling alley i have been too lanes don't even work, they malfunction after every turn something needs to be done, either fix the issues or close the doors harsh but the truth and not to mention the staff they were rude after we ask them to move us or fix our lane they were not helpfull at all.
Great family fun, friendly staff! Steve gave a good chat and helped grandparents select the right bowling bowls. Took my daughter to her first lane today. Wish the arcade games worked! Definitely recommend this place for families visiting and locals. Get there at noon on a weekday and it's going to feel like you rented the place for yourself!
Don't waste your money! If I could give 0 stars I would. Place is run down and clearly lacking maintenance. $77 for 4 of us to bowl 2 games and we spent most of the time waiting for our lane to be reset! Several strikes didnt register and problems continued even after we changed lanes. We gave up 3 frames into the second game and when we asked for a refund we were denied. Biggest waste of money. Disappointing!
Young Inexperienced staff have no customer service, blatantly ignore you until you almost yell at them. The shoes look like they are 40 years old and falling apart. Their equipment and alleyways are well overdue for a freshen up as the pins just fall over whenever they feel like it and the balls don't like to return. And then there's the food... Don't even waste your time, you'll have finished your game, packed up and be on your way out the door before there is any sign of your food being ready. A bit more pride and professionalism would really help this place.
The worse ten pin bowling place in Australia. Grumpy staff and I guess its not there fault as the equiptment is old and out dated. Always asking for assistance. My recommendation is simple, DONT COME HERE!!
