This store is always so clean, organised and full of options. It's had my back for so many of my childrens birthdays, Christmases and special rewards/surprises for doing well at things. The people who work their are always so positive, they feel genuinely happy to help, never bothered and easy to joke with. The customer service is top notch like the products. Such a fun store that it will be a shame when my daughters grow out of it...Granted with its range they might never.
Great customer service! Walked in searching for ps5 plates, but were out of stock. Worker went the extra mile to call up Geelong store and put one on hold for me.
A little shocked after spending 10s of thousands of dollars here being a level 4 and won't price match Geelong big w in the same town I hope you guys go out of business! Clearly, your staff have no idea that waurnponds is still Geelong

It's a nice store and it seems to be reasonably well stocked. Staff are polite and helpful!
Normally, I always expect EB games to have average games, but one day there were just a whole bunch of rare games that were just on the shelves here and I ended up buying most of them. The staff that was there on that day was very friendly and we ended up having a good conversation about the games that I was going to buy. In the end, the experience was very positive.
Wonderful looking store. Plenty of space between shelves to accommodate multiple people and not be crammed in. Lots of stock, especially pop vinyls and merchandise. Well presented and laid out in a sensible manner. Would happily come back here again.
Have been visiting EB Games since buying my kids Club Penguin memberships back in the day. the Ponds store is great. Lots of content and brilliant service. I have purchased all my consoles here and never had any issues. Friendly staff that are very happy to help - even when they are busy. Ryce the manager is great to deal with. The staff are real gaming enthusiasts so you can have some great conversations across all platforms, although in recent months most of those staff no longer seem to be there and the new staff are more transactional in their approach.
Good shopping centre plenty bargains but bottle shop all class and helpful
EB Games at waurnponds is really great as there Service is awesome and very understanding when it comes to issues with products and just all out friendly customer service. And they also have just about every electronic products they you could possibly want and if they don't have it. Then they will be able to get it for you. Very happy Customer!
