So I have not been in this store in person, I just ordered some MTG collectors boosters that were sent from here. They arrived so beat up, box was bent, booster pack was bent, my advice when they say your staff should take covid precautions is that boxing gloves don't count as PPE, cause that's the only conclusion I could come to, like for real, this thing is more beat up then Ben Askren going for a single leg.  Edit: they refunded me the postage, that's fair enough.

Just go to the store and see for your self, prove me wrong

Purchased a console from this store over the phone and had it delivered when I couldn't do otherwise on their website, which was good. However, my package was sent to the wrong address; there was a typo. I was able to get my package in the end after some work on my behalf. My problem with this store was apparent inaction to find any solution for my missing package. It was missing due to their error, and I did not receive any help from them at all. I am yet to be contacted by them about it, and I have assumed they don't care because they have my money. Quite disappointing since the initial impression I got was, this store goes above and beyond for their customers. I guess it's just like any other EB store.

Awesome customer service and despite the size of the store they have a huge range of stock both preowned and new. Staff very knowledgeable about hardware and software and for some starting out with a new system this was extremely helpful

I liked this place because when we asked for them to order in Fnaf Plush toys we weren't expecting them to even come in but a couple of months later they are there! Sadly I already had them by the time they arrived. But hey! At least everyone else got to enjoy them!!

Staff at Swan Hill are really friendly & helpful, however it's really disappointing that a lot of online products from around the country, can't be delivered. For this reason, it's just easier to buy whatever I'm after, from eBay.

Love spending time here. Goerdon is fantastic takes his time with my kids helps them with all their questions. My eldest is autistic and loves being at EB games specially Swan Hill and the attention he gets from staff makes his day.

Their phone service being switched off is a bit worrying. Small place but so many choice's, nice if they could upgrade size wise and get that phone working. Great service here be so sad if they went out of business.

If you are looking for a place to buy games or consoles go to EB Games in swan hill ... the staff are always happy to help with all inquiries on gaming or trading games.... consoles... phones... or anything the like I recommend these guys definitely a 10 out of 10 shopping experience
