Bought PlayStation VR2 off Melissa yesterday. She has great product knowledge and was very pleasant. Will definitely shop in this store again.
Staff not friendly at all found out I was banned due to them selling me faulty products and couldn't get full refund but forced to do a trade in instead i lost a lot of money due to it. They don't follow terms and conditions policy and the manager is a bully. This manager was from a different store 2017 bullied me then and bullied me now. Was a customer since electronics boutique started now my loyalty as a customer has dwindled.

Just recently picked up a PS5. When went to pick it up the staff were very friendly and show genuine joy in supplying me with something I have been waiting for for over a year.
My husband and I visited the brookside EB Games store and we spoke to Lake and we asked to returned the PS4 Pro as it had faults to the console and Lake had verbally abused us saying we had to contact customer service and refused a full refund and she also said that we were at stafford in store and we told her that was not true and we hadn't spoken to stafford and Lake also called us liers and put the finger up at my husband. She needs to be put in front of the judge for her wrong and I know customers come first.

Pretty good.. service and helpfulness was a little disappointing. Went to another store and service was excellent. I was chasing something and 2nd store checked computer to see which store had it where as first store just said no we don't have it.. but nicely..
