Called up to ask questions about the Xbox elite 2 controller and had all my questions answered but when I went to ask to pre order the girl on the phone said have a good day and hung up on me. Terrible customer service! You have just lost a customer.
Friendly, helpful staff. Afterpay and click and collect are the smoothest of any retailer. Remember they price match in store against other retailers advertised in store prices.
