On Saturday 6/05/23 I purchased a new controller and battery for my Xbox. I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service, expertise and assistance with my purchase that I received from Mon at the Caloundra store. Dropped in Saturday mid morning and the young guy was helping a lady. Very funny and professional, definitely made her day. I was helped by him and the young lady who were both absolutely fantastic. Located the game I was looking for and off I went with my game and a smile. Thank you , best customer service.

There to pre-order a game. The guy that served us was really nice, had the information we wanted and gave advice about the PS5, which was handy. My kid signed up to EB which was easy enough. Liked the layout and conversation too. Very happy.
After using the Caloundra EB games for 15 years and spending thousands of dollars on consoles, hardware and games and even though all games and hardware purchases can be made online I have always gone into the shop to spend my money for the sake of local business, I recently purchased some $250 lucidsound headphones from EB and had the frame crack on both sides of the muffs, I took them in still well and truly within its 2 year warranty and after never returning an item in 15 years to be told that it is wear and tear with the staff member proceeding to tell me that I must be too rough with the headphones, I could understand with quality control issues with a $50 set of headphones, but buying a $250 set under the managers recommendation a few months earlier this was unacceptable and I will no longer be using this store for any of my needs. This is a shame because the staff have always been friendly and down to earth, but when buying premium products you expect premium service and this was disappointing to say the least.
Store manager is amazing! He told me the best way to go about buying what i want and told me what would work best for me to ensure i didn't waste my money, also very chill when price matching. I love just visiting the store as much as possible! Well earned 5 star.
Fantastic prices, Amazing and friendly staff, Staff are very nice people to talk to in general and you'll get the best deal on games here.
All staff are friendly and knowledgeable, Michael has helped me out tech issues as well. I highly recommend getting your games and consoles here because if you ever have any problems their service and support is second to none
