I have been eating there for over 20 years but after today I will rethink that as I seen one of the staff in the men's room around 4:45pm on the 08/02/2023 , after finnishing up there he preceded to go to the sink he put the water on briefly washed his hands with just water only and just left no soap.... unfortunately I see this a lot but not with people that work in the hospitality sector that's just plain sick, for your information this was at the food court toilets, i never seen his face but i definitely know he works there as he was wearing a yellow shirt with the logo , i told one of His colleagues that was pushing a trolley outside of the toilets at the time, I don't know if i will ever buy Chinese take out again there Because there not practising proper hygiene at all
After a small serve of red curry chicken for dinner and as I was eating in the food court asked for a plate. No can do just in a thimble sized tub! Walked away in disgust... If that's what you call dinner, then no wonder your reviews leave a lot to be desired!
There’s always a lady that works everytime I come around I always want to be served by her! She has white hair streaks and has the best customer service she deserves something I always come knowing she works there!

Im a huge fan of asian food court food but this place puts out consistently bad food.
Great crispy fried battered chicken with lemon sauce, also get that with fried rice and pepper beef. Fried rice is cheap and basic. They refunded me after over charging me because of a tap & pay card malfunction. Do not tap more than once before checking your bank transactions on your phone. If malfunction, ask them to reset their card machine.
Good good for a decent price. Especially when compared to the nearby food options.Food: 5/5
Customer service is terrible Don’t complain because they will just fob you off n walk away We had lemon chicken it was crispy n fresh Then we get to the noodles n they were mixed with old noodles n fresh .... Customer service is terrible, server yelled back would disregard our feedback and blamed us for eating in the first place, on top of that her exact words were “why do you even eat here.” Safe to say that we won’t be returning ever, first and last time.
Hadn't eaten at Eat Asia since lockdown finished. Made to order food had always been alright. Well ordered Nasi Goreng and apart from serve being small as no more eat in meals it was revolting. My husband had the lemon chicken with fried rice and ordered 3 satay chicken skewers. Well, took a bite and chicken was red raw. Wasted $34 dollars on tasteless muck. Won't be going back there again.
