From the moment I arrived I felt a positive feeling of professionalism and ease . Buying a car is always stressful but quickly the team here communicated clearly and efficiently. I drove from Tweed to have a look at a car after I got it inspected by a mechanic. Put down $500 to reserve and paid $300 for an inspection. It all looked ok even though the car had high kms for the age. After inspecting the vehicle myself and the full logbook history, I realised that the stamp for the service centre did not have a number nor could myself or the car sales rep could find a legitimate business online. So unfortunately I walked away from the purchase as the service history seemed fake or very unknown, whether Auto Cars 123 already knew this, is also unknown. Too much of a red flag if you’re about to drop $30K. The team there were lovely though, and I liked Lorik as a sales person who left me alone to look at it, and even gave me some good advice. I had a pre-approved small personal loan, so I didn’t really like the push they gave me for their own in house finance. I did a lot of research to find my own. This did not work out for me, however if the service history was validated as per the logbook, I would have purchased for sure. 4 stars because the logbook couldn’t be verified to be authentic or accurate, and because of their push for in-house finance. Everything else seems ok there. Staff are all friendly.

I had a great experience here. Lorik was patient and made sure I had all the info I needed to choose the best-value car for my budget. He even went out of his way to help when my phone died and booked an Uber for me at his own cost, even though I offered to pay him back in cash. Amy was also very helpful during the car delivery and explained everything clearly. Thanks to both for the smooth experience.
