The day I visited the place, I found the car I always loved. Was so ready to buy but could not fix the money issue. And Sarah stepped in. She was amazing. Solved the money issue with finance option, handled all paperwork so quickly I could not even believe my eyes. She explained everything so calmly and replied my all questions without getting bored for one second.nnAnd Brad, my mate I had one small concern with the vehicles mechanic issue he was sooo on it. Followed all the process step by step and everyday he updated me about cars repairing progress. I knew I was on right hands. From the start to the end everything was soo smooth did not worry not even a split second. And now I got my dream car, driving around happily.nnThank you easyauto especially Sarah and Brad. That was an awesome experience. My mate was right about you guys. Cheers!!
There seems to be a lot of negative reviews for Easy Auto's. This is definitely not one of them.nMy experience of buying a car at the Hendra dealership was smooth, easy, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Josiah was my salesman, and he went out of his way to ensure that all of my questions were answered.nMy car was ready on time, and was spotlessly clean and tidy.nI have no hesitation in recommending EasyAuto123 at Hendra.
1/5 — Poor After-Sales Support & Questionable Roadworthy ProcessnnI purchased a BMW X3 from EasyAuto123 and while the car itself is fine, the experience that followed was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.nnI inspected the car on April 22, paid the deposit the same day, and completed full payment by April 24. At no point was I told the car wasn’t ready. Only after the money was transferred did I find out there were parts still pending replacement, with delays of up to two weeks. This information should have been disclosed before full payment was accepted.nnDespite repeated follow-ups, the communication from EasyAuto123 was minimal at best. I had to chase them for updates and was verbally assured by Tristan that a refund was being processed when I expressed dissatisfaction. That turned out to be false, as the finance team had no record of any refund being actioned.nnAfter nearly a month of waiting, I finally picked up the car on May 20. Shockingly, the body undertray was left loose in the boot, and the car had a severe left pull due to misalignment. I had to return it the next day, lose time from work, and drive a low-grade rental while it was fixed. What’s more concerning is that they had replaced the control arms—which should have required an alignment—and yet none was done until I brought it back.nnEven more troubling: the car was issued a Roadworthy Certificate just one day before handover, yet the alignment issue was bad enough for the dealership to immediately acknowledge and fix it when I returned. How did it pass Roadworthy with such a safety-critical fault? It raises serious questions about the legitimacy of their inspection process. I’m not accusing anyone directly, but it’s hard not to question whether these RWCs are just rubber-stamped through preferred channels.nnLastly, I was promised a full tank as a gesture of goodwill. Instead, I got the car with only 90 km of range left—barely enough fuel to get home. For a customer who paid cash in full, this experience was unacceptable. Later they did fill it up for me after fixing all issues with the alignment and underbody cover.nnEasyAuto123 might sell decent vehicles, but their after-sales support, communication, and commitment to customer service are extremely poor. Based on my experience, I do not recommend them—especially if you value transparency, timely delivery, and proper vehicle compliance.
Was looked after by consultant Brad Paine. Feel that he went above and beyond to assist. Was not pushy and ensured all my questions were answered.nTest drive and purchase process was very easy.nCar had all it's service history available and they were happy for me to take time to fully inspect the car although no thanks to Red Book was unable to get a mechanical inspection completed within the expected time frames.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Easy Auto 123, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process! Josiah was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect car. He made the buying experience seamless and stress-free, offering transparent pricing and top-notch customer service.nnFrom the moment I walked in, I felt valued as a customer. The selection of vehicles was impressive, and Josiah took the time to understand my needs and preferences. The purchasing process was smooth, with no hidden fees or pressure—just honest and helpful guidance.nnIf you're looking for a reliable dealership that prioritizes customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Josiah at Easy Auto 123. They truly go above and beyond to make car buying an enjoyable experience. Thanks again, Josiah!nn— Jeff Ranch
