No elevator is available for people after dropping off their cars in the car park.
What a disgraceful shopping centre. The toilets have broken tap handles that you cut your hand on, toilet doors that don’t lock so people constantly walking in on young children who are using the toilets, broken play are with metal exposed…. This place is a timebomb waiting for a lawsuit! Zero stars.
First time coming here by car so got to see more of the building. This place is in a disgraceful state. I sometimes criticise Strathfield and Burwood Plaza but they're palatial compared to this. It looked like something you'd see in a very poor country. It really brings the whole area down.nnThe following is just for a laugh and not meant to be taken seriously:nnAnd where were the blue eyes people?! Fair dinkum, I was there for one hour and did not see one. In the 80s I'm sure it'd only take a few seconds. Not anymore!
I went here a few days ago and the condition the carpark is in is a disgrace, I was reverse parking and because the walls are so low it crashed into my back window and smashed it, yes I am aware that this could've been my personal driving but I witnessed 4 other cars have the same problem that very day. They all had smashed back windows from hitting that low wall.
Great Sunday lunch with family. Excellent customer service with clean, tidy and cozy dining area. I wish I could stay l9nger in Hong Kong and indulge myself with more buffet lunch there :
