There is rarely a time now that I contact and get through quickly. Always told there is a high volume of calls and encouraged to leave a message. Due to my job it is difficult to take calls and often don't have the time to wait either. Although the call back service is a great option one has to question what is happening in the call centre? Guessing not enough staff possibly? Would be great if you could leave details of what you liked so that the process could possibly be a little quicker when calling back? But this service was a lot better when Eastlink first started, but sadly is no longer the same -which is a shame.

Website completely utterly broken on Chrome/MacOS. When asked about the new website they said it was in place for over a year. When asked why it was not working the response is well its only been a year, and there are some bugs in Chrome and Safari, try Internet Explorer or FireFox. Lol. Best to phone, wait in line and deal with a person who was quite helpful.

Worst customer disservice I have ever experienced. I was charged over $90 for trips by a hire car while I was overseas! Their agent was rude, condescending, and wouldn't even consider reimbursement. They blamed me even though I had told them the time and date that I was flying out. It also seems that they have a deal with Google maps and GPS manufacturers to send drivers via tollways even when other roads are quicker! So now I avoid East stink whenever possible.

Was forced to use the Eastlink as my exit was blocked due to roadworks. The 2 exits are side by side and you had to have entered a exit lane for a few hundred meters to realise that there is a block. I can't exactly reverse on the M1 exits so had to take the toll. Which was an extra journey. Called and spoke with a rude team leader Jenny, who is clearly desperate to boost her stats and collect money. She even tried to make it sound like she would waive the admin fees. If you pay online within 72hrs there are no admin fees. Jenny refused to provide me details of her manager and refused to let me escalate this further.

I have WRITTEN MY FRIENDS CAR OFF on this privately owned road due to concrete dubree that was left scattered over the road and could have easily killed me or someone driving close by. I have contacted eastlink and they are neglecting to take responsibility of the clean up of the road that caused my friend's car to be ruined. I HAVE DASHCAM FOOTAGE of the dubree left on the road that nearly killed me and caused me to lose control of the car resulting in major damage. I will be taking further actions against the company due to the lack of responsibility for keeping myself and other road users safe at all times.
