Story

Eastlands is the largest Shopping Centre in Tasmania featuring over 100 stores in air-conditioned comfort with over 1,445 car parking spaces. The Centre has two levels, which are fully enclosed and is located in the suburb of Rosny Park situated on the Eastern Shore of Hobart, only an 8-minute drive from the Hobart CBD.

Eastlands is ok now, but was so much more back in the late 90's/early 00's. There used to be an excellent music shop called Sunflower Music & the whole centre was buzzing with privately owned stores & a great atmosphere. Sadly all shops are now just sterile multi-nationals. Best thing is the parking is mostly undercover and there is multiple access points, plus the centre is kept well clean.

Good selection of shops, prices aren't too bad at all. Lots of bogans to contend with but even they're mostly well behaved which is good. Overall a decent experience.

Great shopping centre. Caters for all needs having both cheap outlets such as Kmart and big W and also having many boutique shops for those that like that some thing unique. They also have food out lets and supermarkets.

Eastlands is a shopping complex that have nearly every thing under the one roof. It has under cover parking and easy access to the shops. There are also plenty of cafe's for a coffee or lunch.

Great place to spend a hot day with family - shopping, meeting up with friends & enjoying lunch. Plenty of great shops, beautiful & interesting pop-ups - easy to loose time & have fun!
