Great service, reasonable rates. I needed some stainless sheet to finish a job on my boat and was recommended by a local steel fabricator. They took my order over the phone and called an hour later or so to tell me it was ready.

Really great customer service. I had a small stainless steel fabricating job and most of the places I called weren't interested in taking on such a small job. Eastern Suburbs Stainless were extremely helpful and patient with me.  There was a tiny error during the process and the team sorted it out extremely quickly and professionally. It's the great customer service that will always bring you back to a company, and I would definitely recommend their services and would use them again.

Amazing customer service, huge selection of products, and great quality. Everyone, including the office and warehouse staff, were very patient and provided me with individual-approach service. This experience left me so satisfied. I am not sure what "very not nice person" sneakily gave them 1 star - maybe it was their jealous competitor. Will be coming back again and again!
