Glenn and his team have been servicing our 2011 Land Rover Discovery for over 6 years now and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. What Glenn doesn’t know about Land Rover isn’t worth knowing. We rely on them for all of our basic servicing requirements as well as help and support for those times when something goes wrong and you need a trusted and skilled expert to diagnose. A big thankyou to Glenn and Georgina and their team who just recently helped us out again.
Finally! After years of insane overcharging, an actual honest service centre with decent mechanics! What else is there to say? They saved me a literal fortune over quotes I got from main and even the large independent repair places and I rang around too! I took a chance because I was told to try these guys after getting an insane quote from the other "main" places to repair my Rover and my god, my Rover seems to be more in the shop than on the road. The cost of maintenance was literally sending me to the ground. Well, that's now all changed. These guys are the real deal. They won't charge you for bull-dust repairs and the quality is right up there. I will no longer take my Rover anywhere else. Don't just take my word for it, go find out for yourself. Amazing service! I changed out some parts on my RR P38 and ERP cleared the fault codes that were stored for goodness know how long! Now, no more beeping from Airbag faults and EAS faults. Flashing SRS light is now gone, and I can see the rest of the dash information. Very knowledgeable and nothing felt like it was an effort. Highly recommend!
We have had several cars serviced by Eastern Ranges Prestige, and have always had a great experience. Their staff are knowledgeable, helpful, flexible, and above all trustworthy. It's rare to find a workshop I know I can trust to have our best interests at heart, and that's especially true when dealing with an enthusiast's vehicle like ours. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
Brilliant service. Turned out they didn't have the part I needed but Glenn searched high and low for it. I'm sure he had more important things to do but he made me feel like I was special.

This is the ONLY place in Victoria that I would take my Land Rover to! Glenn knows these cars inside and out, top to bottom. Even remote diagnostics is not beyond his abilities. Well equipped and clean facilities too.
Won't be back, thought they were friends, but after getting ripped off for something that should have been picked up the first time, we won't be back. Also took our car to our new mechanic and found out that when they had the car the last time, left a filter off the block somewhere so lesson learnt.
