This company was contacted to do a caravan road worthy inspection. They arrived and did the inspection, failing the van due to the caravans electrical components did not work when tested with this company's equipment. I was then told I would have to employ an Auto Electrician to rectify the so called "electrical fault". The Auto Electrician tested my van and found all electrical components on the Caravan worked as they should. I then contacted this company again to get them back out to once again test the Caravan which they did. Once again the electrical components on my caravan failed when tested with this company's equipment. I then connected my vehicle to the caravan and guess what, all the electrical components worked. The technician doing the testing then said that his equipment must not have been big enough to test my caravan. He then charged me again for a re-visit so that the Road Worthy Certificate could be issued. No pay, no Certificate. All up I had to pay for the initial check, the cost of the Auto Electrician and a Re-Check visit from these so called professionals. I rang the company and complained and they did not apologise, just asked me what I wanted. All I asked for was refund of the Re-Check, which they said would be done. Still waiting for the refund after 1 1/2 months. Don't use this mob.

Called them on 04/01 to get a safety inspection done and was told they would be round in 90 minutes and would contact me if there were any issues. 2 hours later I called them to follow up. They said they would get back to me as a matter of priority. 20 minutes later I called them again as I had no response and cancelled the inspection. The lady was polite on the phone however it was disappointing I was not contacted. I then called up a competitor. They called me half an hour before my appointment time and let me know they were running 15 minutes late. They then showed up when they said. If you are time poor, I would recommend looking at other companies first.

Prompt and Great Service This Company is under new management and is like a breath of fresh air in the industry. On reflection, I found the principals and staff very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. They demonstrate empathy towards their customers and go out of their way to make things work. Great service. Highly recommend this Company.

I've actually used this company about 6 times already and was just looking up the number to call them again, never had a problem, staff have always been friendly and helpful.
