I recently had a root canal procedure done by Dr. Kent and I must say, he did an excellent job. I was very nervous about the procedure, but Dr. Kent put me at ease with his friendly and professional demeanor. He thoroughly explained the entire process and answered all of my questions, which made me feel much more comfortable.  During the procedure, Dr. Kent was very gentle and attentive to my comfort level. He worked efficiently and effectively, and I was impressed with his attention to detail. I experienced very little discomfort during the root canal and the recovery period was quick and relatively painless.  Also, I should mention the nurse is super lovely and friendly. She was very helpful in assisting Dr. Kent during the procedure and made me feel at ease with her warm and caring personality.  Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Kent for anyone in need of a dentist. He is a skilled and knowledgeable dentist who truly cares about his patients. Thank you, Dr. Kent, for your exceptional care!

I have had the good fortune of having Dr. Sam Zhang as my dentist in East Coast Bay Dental. He has professional nice manner and fixed all problems for my teeth. I trust his work and his advice completely, and all of his work has been outstanding. I highly recommend Sam and his Team!

Highly recommended. Dr Kent hands down the most helpful, calm, knowledgeable dental surgeon I've ever came accross. He showed empathy when I came to him with my tooth ache, went out of his way and schedulings to relieve the pain as I couldn't attend work because of it. I returned to work next day. His asistance did an awesome job too. Before this, I had my premolars taken out by Confidental in Hillsborough without any suggestions to save it or check any other tooth that may have been infected neat to say, don't go by the 5 star rating they have there as they rush things over there and they charge way too much compare to their services. I heard about East Coast Dental in Albany from a friend, went there and didn't regret it. Dr Kent checked every tooth and suggested what I should look out for and gave me options that I was very happy with. I am impressed with East Coast Dentist. Even if I have to travel an hour to get here and pay extra. Highly recommended and high quality service. So thank you!

Great service! Dr Kent Yip is a very gentle dentist and works very efficiently. He made me feel at ease and I had no pain at all.

One of my front teeth was knocked off by an accident during the Christmas holidays. I went to a dental clinic that was open nearby and had the glue with wire repaired, within a few days the glue cracked and the tooth fell off again, and so on and so forth, and in less than a month I went back four times and had the glue repaired, The dentist said it was because my teeth were loose and wouldn't stick properly. I was so disappointed that I went to East Coast Bay Dental and made an appointment with Kent to do the adhesive repair for me. After finishing the adhesive, I felt amazing. The adhesive was very strong, as feel the tooth didn't fall off at all. The experience of two different dental clinics made me deeply realize how important to meet a good dentist. Thank you very much Kent for fixing my teeth.

Professional and friendly Dr. Yip.  Had a first time appointment for check up. Dr. Yip explained in details his advice which is very helpful for understanding my dental health status and potential treatment. Better experience than with the popular brands. Will definitely come again for regular teeth cleaning and future dental treatment.

I m with this dental since my daughter is 2 years old now she is in university I had my first dentist he was the best but he retire I just got a new dentist here Dr Ken he made me feel better I can keep my teeth he will fix it for me another best dentist here I found thanks to dr Ken .

Dr Kent Yip is a very professional dentist! He is very patient, competent, and the team is amazing, I highly recommend!!

I went there and had a very efficient cleaning. I told my friend maybe I need one hour in between. Turns out the hygienist just finish his job in 10 minutes. I can’t believe it how efficient it is !!!  Sometimes I use toothbrush to brush my teeth needing several minutes… he is unbelievable!
