If I could give zero stars I would. Live in the area and prefer to support local businesses. In this case I decided to go to another branch on other side of Auckland. Wasted 1 hour of my time. Just wanted to go in and spend my money knowing what I wanted. Should have been an easy sale for them especially if spending many thousands on various items. All they had to do is create an invoice and take my money. Instead after an hour I had to walk out. Didn’t know what they doing and didn’t want to help. They keep changing their mind about stuff and pricing. Really painful experience. Went and spent my money with another store and they were fantastic. I guess any business is only as good as the people and management working there.

I couldn't be more happy with the service given by this store. 11/10 for effort. I will continue to support them in future, as their prices are very reasonable and the staff most helpful
