One of Adelaide's best pubs. It has character, is welcoming and the food is awesome. The 6 of us had a great night celebrating a birthday and all meals were cooked and presented perfectly. A great wine and beer selection too! Will always find a way to pop in and have a night out.
We went for dinner while visiting Adelaide and really enjoyed our dinner. The pub itself is full of character and very interesting. My wife had the chicken schnitzel which was huge and very tasty. My cousin had a seafood pizza which had a lot of seafood on it and my cousin really enjoyed it. I had a Spanish meatball dish which was very tasty. Would definitely recommend this pub just for a drink or a meal, we will definitely visit again next time we're in Adelaide.
Amazingly juicy schnitzels, high recommend the one with the secret sauce topping. Steak was so reasonably priced and portion sizes are more than generous. Only thing is games room is a bit loud but that's to be expected of most hotels! Parking: Parking is tight and fills up somewhat easily
Lovely sitting area and comfortable chairs. Good selection of meals for good prices. The portion sizes are big as all good pub meals are. Only downside would be lack of table service which felt a bit at odds with the layout/setting of the restaurant. Parking: Parking right next to restaurant Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs required
Nice 600g beef Schnitty with meat lovers topping!!! And yes I ate the lettuce was full after this one. Washed it down with a couple beers. Mrs had the barramundi which was nice also. Busy place on Friday night which is always a good sign if there are plenty of people around. Great diverse menu, would recommend a feed here in the back streets of Parkside.
Nice hotel a little off the main road. Food was lovely. The large schnitzel is well described it was huge - I took half of it home - staff did try to warn me haha but it was delicious I had the Mexican topping. You can choose the smaller option if you like. We will be backFood: 5/5
Had lunch on a Saturday with 2 friends and The Earl was very quiet. Was surprised buy the size of the dining room. Started will coffee - it was good. Plenty of options on the menu including daily specials. I ordered a chicken Parm, it comes with 2 options of small or large. Ordered small and it was huge! Salmon and a kangaroo fillet was enjoyed by my friends. Carpark was very small and struggled to get out, unless there's other parking that I was aware of . Friendly staff. Will be back
Crunchiest onion rings. Love them. The entree garlic bread was also tasty and very crunchy. 600g Schnitzel was less crunchy but still tasty. Paired with a yummy mushroom sauce. Fries were really addictive and crunchy too. They fry things up well here. Decent portion as well. Definitely can share between 2. Buffalo wings were also crunchy and the aioli sauce was the bomb
Ate in the restaurant for the first time recently and was blown away by the delicious food. My partner's steak was so tender and cooked exactly to requested doneness and the lamb rump with pickled green beans and spiced eggplant and fetta brique was sublime. I'd never had a fetta brique before but it accompanied the lamb perfectly. Can't wait to go back.
Great atmosphere to be with friends and family. There are lots of options for food. Bit expensive but tastes really good. There is plenty of parking space around the shop, plus street parkingFood: 5/5
