This place used to be amazing. Best pork ribs in plum sauce ever but the last 3 times our order has been messed up. Won't go there again. Today is my birthday and while I've moved out of the area I was realllllly hoping they'd get it right this time. Nope. Ordered Mongolian lamb and pork plum ribs and got honey chicken and something else idek what. My partner has a nut allergy, taking unknown food home isn't ideal.
Been here many times over the last few years and have almost always been happy. Maybe negative reviewers got unlucky because I've found them pretty consistent for a little suburban place. Pork ribs in plum sauce is a favourite. Can't vouch for delivery as I always pickup.
One of the best value Chinese I've had in ages. Takeaway sweet n sour pork is awesome as they serve the sauce and meat seperate it doesn't go soggy, duck in plum sauce is delicious and I keep coming back for the Mongolian lamb.
Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered through a delivery service and when my meal arrived the delivery woman was so impatient because she couldn't find my townhouse and she lectured me about how they are too busy for the delivery service, put my food down and ran away. I called up to complain about the service calmly and to say I had paid for a drink that never arrived, then I get yelled at for not having a big sign with my street number on my garage, one that she can read and that I was not prepared for her to arrive and it was inconvenient to make her wait, even though I had prepaid my order and made her wait 30 seconds for me to get downstairs. I said that they shouldn't provide a delivery service if they aren't willing to wait for customers to get to their front door and if they're too busy then why offer the delivery service in the first place. She continued yelling at me saying it was my fault and then she hung up on me. I ended up calling again to speak to another man to explain what bad customer service I was provided and to let the owner know. To top it all off the meal did not taste freshly cooked. Bad customer service. 0/10
This was the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Arrived cold. Rice undercooked. Not even sure what the chicken was?! I read the reviews and thought I'd give it a shot. Really regret it. Don't do it.
Absolutely over priced dry crap. We always go here but no more. Sweet n sour pork over cooked,dry&tastelesa. Cashew chicken, wheres the cashews???? Special fried rice is hard. $74 for what????? Never again
Was an hour late and went to the wrong address. Food is so bad you can't eat most of it
terrible service , clumpy re heated food & ignorant staff.
Great restaurant tucked away in eagle junction!
