Disgusting service from the night manager 13/12/22. Pizzas were NOT what was ordered, however the one that looked like a meatlovers was apparently a supreme, so wouldn't be remade. The hot and spicy was missing ingredients and also looked like a meatlovers. Was told they could remake that one, but not the supreme. Had to drive to the store after ordering DELIVERY due to being hung up on every time I called to get them remade, then wanted the 2 x cokes back to give me a refund. The night manager blatantly lied in my face when he said would contact the store owner to get further advice, then admitted he didn't when queried about it. If this is how Pizza Hut trains their staff, no wonder they're closing stores.
Absolutely the wurst pizza I've ever had .and I travel everywhere .I get some bad meals but this tops the list .
True Rating 0 stars! Completely and utterly dissatisfied. Ordered online and paid for at 6:14pm for a asap order time of 30 minutes. Over 1 hour later our order was delivered around 7:24pm possibly even later, after going to the wrong house first. Our butchers block pizza had minimal toppings, and was delivered NOT HOT OR WARM, it was pretty much cold. Utterly disgusted. This happens all to often, not happy. Won't be ordering from here again! Would rather spend my time driving into town for a more decent feed from elsewhere!! Not to mention keeping my tired and hungry 3 year old up to wait for dinner that should have been delivered by 6:45pm!!!
Quick delivery, beer was cold. BUT... not overly fussed about receiving a pizza that looks like it just did 10 rounds with Mike Tyson. I'd like to know how many times it was dropped on the way.
Out of all the pizza huts I’ve ever eaten at this Pizza Hut is above all, by far. The quality of the meat lovers pizza is beyond expectations and I loved every bite. The owners are a lovely pair and have an amazing chemistry with both there workers and customers. I recommend this pizza hut place with all my pizza heart :
I love the pizza, one of the best pepperoni pizza's I have tasted in my life, with extra Italian pepperoni sausage for that extra meaty kick, the owners are a bunch of sweethearts and they really take care and pleasure their customers. While I do really love this particular pie, one thing I would love more is the touch of a woman.
I really enjoy Pizza Hut Oakey, I come and order every week. Love the variety in sides that they offer but their BBQ Chicken Pizza with wings is my favourite combo. Staff is always kind and friendly to me on pick ups and deliveries.
This Pizza Hut has been my go-to restaurant during COVID. Their deliveries are always on time and the standard of pizza is amazing. They are very accommodating of all dietary types too. My favourite is pepperoni but Hawaiian is a close second! :D
We got 2 pizzas and a garlic bread here on 13th Feb 2020 and everything was ABSOLUTELY delicious. Looked amazing and tasted even better. Great prices. And I am a staunch Domino's lover and you out cooked them. We will keep coming back here now. Thanks Pizza Hut Oakey
I love pizza hut but the store at oakey is terrible . They stuff up the order more often then they get it right and I only ever order off the menu. The staff and manager need training from people who know what they are doing . There is only a couple of staff there that seem good at their job and dealing with customers
