While booking an electrician, I happened to tell Amanda, the receptionist that I needed to immunise my sick rabbit. We scheduled around the vet appointment. As I had a tricky electrical job to be done I asked for a senior electrician and she listened attentively and respectfully to my problem and promised me that she would send her best person. I believed her. She had such an honest, sensible attitude. "Before you go", she said "Do you have a lop rabbit and is it the Calisi virus? I can help you with that." she said. 
It turned out Amanda has rabbits and so she explained to me all the things I needed to do to protect my other rabbits from catching the virus. It became clear, as we spoke, that it is highly contagious and without her saying it, I realised she actually wouldn't benefit by having one of her electricians visit our highly contaminated property - as she herself would then come in contact with the virus via her tradesperson and then her rabbits might get it. I thought for a moment she might not even send anyone. We both hesitated and then she jumped in and said, "I'll have someone out there and it'll be my best man." 
The day arrived and sure enough a senior looking tradesperson, Mick, turned up on my doorstep. I looked outside the window to our porch where he was putting on what looked to be a shower cap but was in fact a surgical cap, for protection against infection! He then proceeded to climb into a jumpsuit made of surgical scrubs and little booties and gloves - all in order to protect himself from our highly infectious property. 
I said, "What are you doing?' He looked meekly at me and explained that when he'd gone into work that morning, Amanda had asked him to wear this stuff at our house in order to protect her rabbits. She promised him a slab of beer! Later when I spoke to her she explained that she had spoken to a friend of hers in Sydney, who's in the medical profession, and asked them to express post the scrubs to her - which they had. 
This woman is amazing! Who does this? And also not to under praise Mick - what big, burly, lovely man dresses up on your front door step in order to protect a ladies rabbits? Not only that but he walked into a very tricky electrical problem  - that another electrician had walked away from because he'd said nothing could be done to fix it, except a lot of expense  - and within no more than 10 minutes Mick had it solved!!!! These guys are a bunch of wonderful people. This is a fantastic company. Generous, and highly professional. Something is going on there at EJ Lack Electrical and its called EXCELLENCE!

Wholeheartedly recommend E J Lack Electrical. The guys are professional, friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. The best part they are reliable and unlike many other tradies, they actually arrive. Could not be happier with their service. Have used them a few times now and will continue to do so. Thank you.

EJ Lack - what a team. Professional and determined. Thank you  to Anthony & Geoff for persisting with what became an absolute nightmare with CitiPower and all their endless and frustrating bureaucracy!

A particular thanks to Mick for his stocic effort with working on the switchboard. Great Job Mick. It looked really impressive when you had finished

Excellent service. Mick the electrician couldn't have been more helpful with the various tasks around the house that I needed done. If you need an electrician, I would highly recommend EJ Lack.
