We went to White night Shepparton via the shuttle service picked up from the marketplace my partner was using crutches the staff made every effort to make sure entry and exit of the bus with safe the staff were fantastic making sure everyone was able to get on the buses they had staff at each stop to make sure the passengers was safe brilliant service well done
I had the pleasure of travelling with an excellent lady driver who did bus replacement for V-Line Melton service recently. I do not know her name, but her skills in driving, and her customer service skills were exemplary I do not know this lady's name, but I know that she was to P/up a TV crew from Port Melbourne to Shepperton. This lady is an excellent ambassador for your services.
I travel on the first service of the day on the Connely Park Route 4 run, getting on at stop number 2. I can see the first stop from where I wait. I have never known the bus to be on time. It often runs 10 minutes late, as it did today. This has not been too much of an issue until now; there is now a large number of students on the bus and the stops are far more frequent, so the time cannot be made up. Now, I am constantly late to work. Surely it's not too much to ask that the service actually starts the first run of the day on time.
Buses are constantly late not arriving for 5-15 minutes after the time stated on the timetables. This is not good especially for the older generation as they often have to stand around on extremely hot days or even in the rain waiting for the bus. I usually arrive at least 5 mins before the bus is due to ensure I don't miss it but I always get stuck waiting for 20 minutes. After catching the buses around shepparton for the last 10-15 years its only now gotten like this.
Dyson’s Shepparton is the best all the drivers on the town runs do a great job I never have an issue with any of the dyson’s drivers
Does not act soon complaints. Gordon drive bus route was changed meaning students who live on Gordon drive do not get home till 4:30

I've never had issues. Only thing is cant seem to find timetable information to get from Shepparton to Kyabram in the he mornings for appt. Can anyone help asap.
Find it hard to rely on the timetable, especially after the schools get out. Makes it hard to get connecting buses. Most of the drivers are a good lot though
