Sound equipments perform bad. It’s weird that staff asked us to be seated when singing.  Even during the pandemic, I believe that each room hasn’t been cleaned after use. The floor is sticky. The room is cold. WORST karaoke experience in my life.

really terrible experience. set the air con with super low temperature. big room with only mic. the music quality and effect is horribly bad. the worst is the staff telling us we must be sitting down all the time not allowed to stand up. ‘This is the RULE.’ It is RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Awesome place for a work function, We had a fantastic time.

The worst karaoke in sydney, you pay $ 170 for a champne they serve a bunch of glasses on the table without feeling and put the rest of the bottle in a jar and it's hot.  uneducated and disrespectful security guards and attendants.  I had a horrible experience, never be back again

Horrible experience! I ordered a Veuve Clicquot champagne, and the attendant opened up the champagne and put it in the jar like water. I never see anything like this! It looks likes a joke! Stay away from this karaokê

WORST experience and WORST karaoke in Sydney. You couldn't pay me to step foot inside there ever again. The security guards were the most rude power trippers. And to make things worse, the place is filthy. I honest to God cannot think of any positives about the place. Stay away.
