Great range of books. Store is spacious enough, clean and well presented. Prices are higher than other stores, not sure why. Received friendly service from a floor staff member. Counter service was OK, not friendly but not rude.
A tall dark haired young woman served me. There was no hello, please or thank you in the transaction. When she handed my purchases to me I was looking at her quite intensely waiting for a thank you, when she looked at me quizzically and said "do you need a bag?" I didnt need a bag, nor do I ever need to shop at Dymocks again.
Some of the books were out of stock Decent size store with the shopping mall
