This a hidden gem! It’s in a little lane way in the main part of Ballarat! The staff are on the ball, supper friendly and great service. We had a entree of natural oysters. They where massive and so fresh! The flavours they add compliment them perfectly! Some of the best oysters iv had! For a Main I had the lamb it was cooked to perfection! My friend had the steak and it also was amazing ! I highly recommend this restaurant for nice nice date or romantic dinner, it’s very cosy and and amazing ambient
Had a thoroughly enjoyable meal. I had been really looking forward to dining here and was not disappointed. The ingredients were fresh, the dishes were cooked superbly and presented wonderfully. I had the pork belly entree and porterhouse for main and couldn't fault it. I was particularly impressed by the béarnaise sauce. If you are planning on having dessert make sure you get your order in early to avoid disappointment. It turns out the Pana Cotta was limited on the evening I went. I was fortunate enough to get the last one in the restaurant they had that night and it was divine. The honeycomb that was served with it melted in my mouth. The service was attentive and friendly. We dined upstairs and there was a large table that got a touch rowdy which was fine yet the acoustic profile of the room didn't lend well to people who may wish to have a quieter dining experience if they are celebrating an anniversary so if that is you it may be worthwhile checking when booking and request a table downstairs. Overall, a lovely meal with a homely ambience and well worth experiencing.
Just delicious food. Pork Belly and Gnocchi for entrees. Beef Wellington and Wagyu Eye Fillet cooked medium rare - meat melted in my mouth and I feel like I barely had to chew my steak. Service from our waiter was amazing, couldn't have faulted and the atmosphere was great.
Very much enjoyed or visit to Dyers. Prompt service by attentive and friendly staff. Beautiful steak cooked to perfection. As a little bit of polite feedback tho, I found the scallops in the seafood sauce to be non genuine..something of a scallop substitute. And there were only two so perhaps this could be improved apon. Otherwise, great job team.

Beautiful 70's type intimate dining atmosphere, incredible food cooked with care and an understanding of subtle flavours. Wait staff are so friendly and courteous. Would recommend to anyone wanting an amazing dining experience in Ballarat.

It was okay. The menu is very small for selection. No chips, but the sauce was good.
Fine dining in a small but elegant dining room. All courses were exceptional as well as an impressive wine list. Will be back.
What a wonderful night. My son's 34th birthday and first time diners here. Everything excellent from the start. The welcome was great. Staff showed us to table and made sure everything was satisfactory. Everything explained well. Wine list good and reasonably. Only had mains but wow, all cooked perfectly and no extra costs for great vegetables sides. Overall 5 stars and we will be back. Thank you.
