Beautifully store. Everything looks so perfect. Lady in short blue hair is amazing. Her confidence and knowledge of products is greatly admirable.
Member of dusk. Bought an oil burner only to realise the wrong model was packaged into the box. Asked for refund and the lady in blue hair not only did not apologise for the error, she offhandedly commented in a rude tone "this is why you should always check what you buy". Very rude. Membership is expiring this Dec 2022 and will not be continuing on.
Woman with short blue strain hair was extremely rude. I was reading the reviews and she has been mentioned several times. I don't understand why she is still working there.
Last night I had the absolute luxury and pleasure of Shopping in your store. While shopping with my daughter, we were both 'welcomed' and treated with respect and courtesy not just sales rhetoric! The Dusk ladies were all interested in our needs. Your store is beautifully presented, pleasing to both the eyes and the nose. I happily spent my money in your store, and would return to Karrinyup Shopping Centre, to again experience that luxury and pleasure. I would have all 3 of you in my business any day of the week - Keep it up ladies, you set the bar so high, every subsequent shopping experience last night was a disappointment!

Walking around the shopping centre, looking for a Mother’s Day present. Before we even stepped into the store, we were WELCOMED into the store. The ladies have such amazing energies about them & are very engaging. The store is well presented, they know their products & they know how to make you feel at home in the store. I have never had BETTER customer service, and there’s not a lot in that centre. These ladies made mine & my mums day. My only disappointment is, I cannot pack the store & the staff into my suitcase & take them back to Sydney with me.
Super rude staff member asked us to read properly when we just asked a question. Been a dusk shopper but her attitude appalled us. Same short hair blue colour woman, who other reviewers are also mentioning. Better to check who you employ. So many looking for a job, and you choose this nasty woman.
Amina is such a lovely girl to be served by. She has great customer service skills. We decided to visit the store just from speaking to her as we walked by. We need more people like her, was an absolute pleasure!
Two of my friends and I came into today wanting to buy some candles, as we were looking around and smelling the candles one of the young workers helped us out and was very nice. A minute later a lady with short blue hair told us to stop touching the candles in a rude manner, so we left the store even though we wanted to purchase. Please fix the way this employee speaks to people it’s not correct and unfair.
How does this place have bad reviews?? I’ve never had such kind customer service, and staff we’re very friendly to advise when “buying” more would actually come to a lesser total. Couldn’t fault this store at all, even in the Christmas madness.
