Beautiful place nice smell with variety candle for a gifts love it
My go to Dusk store. I've been there on many occasions. Usually served by Kim or Jess who are always very helpful and friendly, as are the other staff members. Love the products, especially the mood reeds. It's also a great place to purchase gifts. Become a member to receive ongoing discounts as well as vouchers. Highly recommended
Shop always smells nice when you pass. Only have to stop outside and staff members approach you immediately. But when you ring this branch they NEVER answer the phone. The store is rarely very busy apart from Christmas. Wanting to know if they stock certain products rather than make the 25 minute journey to find they don't. Going to use another store for my purchases and enquiries
If you want candles, this is the place to come. Good gift idea for difficult to buy for person. Has been around for many years. Pretty displays. Had no idea so much variation was possible. The best part is probably the aromas coming from the store.
First time ive come to this dusk store, the girl that served me mustve been busy as i asked her for the candle i wanted by name, she told me that wasnt from dusk while floating around doin other things. When i showed her the pic of the candle that i had on my phone which was from the dusk website she said sorry sold out and kept goin. Dont think she intended to be rude was probably just busy but i left quite unhappy!!
Really great stuff in this short I highly recommend it four candles and incense and other items along those lines the staff are amazing this is the second Dusk store I have been too I have not had a bad experience yet you guys have won over a customer for life dusk is my new addiction
