The service at Dusk is always excellent. The products are beautiful. The scent flows through the house. I've shopped here for years and cannot fault. Today, I was in store and Glenda helped me. She was super helpful when I told her how my dog ate my diffuser adapter. Thank you Glenda, I really appreciate your help Dusk, like Lush and The Body Shop offer the best products and customer service. It's why it's one of the few places that I still shop instore. It's 10 stars from me.
Love going into this shop, I love the beautiful scents & amazing giftware, oils, oil burners, diffusers, some heavenly scented candles & knick knacks. Staff are very helpful & not pushy. Some things are a bit pricey, but are worth it.

been here a couple times now, and all times have been fantastic! Caroline was absolutely lovely, the staff really know their stuff! Always come back for the Acapulco candle <3 Dreaming of buying a diffuser one day- the ones you guys were selling at halloween looked astonishing! The candles are expensive, but its so worth it in my opinion
I purchased a set of scented tea lights. When I lit one at home it let off no scent at all. I had my family check to make sure it wasn't just my olfactory failing, it wasn't. I took them back to the store and was made to feel like a criminal trying to return stolen goods. Told by the staff member, "Well my daughter has them and they work fine for her". "We have them in the store with no problem". When I demanded my money back after the third degree I was told, "We don't usually accept items back once they are used!" How else was I supposed to find out they didn't work? Appalling service. $13 worth of candles vs losing a customer for good. Plenty of other candle stores around.
Love this place, great quality, beautiful products, the best part is Grace, if you are lucky enough to be served by Grace you will remember the experience. She is lovely, kind, helpful and fun. Thank you Grace.
Walked in on Christmas Eve. Some customers but not too busy, I was looking at candles and looking for staff members to ask questions. They were all running around with stock and taking down all the deals. Took 15 minutes until someone realised I needed help, but she was absolutely lovely to me. Told me about all the deals, I asked many questions and got all my items ready then got to checkout, asked a question about the candle holders and she looked at me and answered like I was stupid. I've never bought candles in my life. Then she told me that the deal was not applicable for the items I selected. The price doesn't bother me, but the fact that staff members are not on the same page and customer service is lacking does. Unhappy and decided not to buy anything.
A great variety of products for sale, specials available and a customer loyalty program/card. I popped in with only ten minutes until closing time and the staff were extremely friendly and more than willing to help me find a gift for a family member without rushing me.
Young Amelia was fantastic, nothing too hard for her. Very friendly and helpful as was her boss
