Dura Construction PTY Ltd are not resident friendly. They continue to have plant and machines delivered to site out of the EPA and council agreed times. When phoning the Dura to discuss the local residents issues and concerns they state " Ring the council I do not have time to discuss this issue, they blame the sub contractors, they do not want to issue apologies or feel the need to comply. Maybe their project managers would like to have a EWPs delivered outside their home at 06.00hrs with flashing lights an warning horns, without traffic management or spotters. Dura I'm sure you can do better, maybe just think about the people that live next to your construction site, and genuinely listen to their concerns.

Dodgy practice of creating dummy companies to build townhouses and then shut down immediately once sold ..thus avoiding any warranty claims which were abundant due to dodgy and low quality construction
