Large pub in heart of Dunsborough- multiple areas from bottle shop, public bar, lounge & beer garden with very big screen.nnStaff are friendly & keen to have a chat.nnGood variety of drinks, with menu fairly standard pub fair - we had a steak & a schnapper pie. Steak was cooked well but a bit tough & apparently the pie was spot on.nnWell located with lots of free on street parking available. Had a feel it would go off on Friday night & weekend sessions
Fabulous atmosphere, great serving stuff.nMost beautiful chef, I ordered spiced chicken supreme. As name says no, it’s noting to make your mouth burn, it was most beautiful meal I have had at pub in years. Thank you all, you made our stay even more pleasant
There is an indoor playground in the restaurant to keep the kids occupied. It is a bit stuffy in there but it does not stop the kids.nnWe waited for quite a while ~30mins for the food. The food taste great. The fish and chip is crispy. The rigatoni montanara taste OK too and not too salty, the kids like it.
Its a bold statement but I just had the best steak sandwich, all of the fresh stuff was actually fresh, lettuce and tomato. The steak was cooked perfectly it wasn't too chewy and the cheese was melted on the steak as well.nMy partner had the lamb shanks and that was also delicious. I only tried a small bite of the lamb but it was amazing.
The food here is good and we liked that the place opens till late. It was our first time here so we were not sure what to order. We ended up copying the table next to us and got the chicken parmigiana. We also got items off their special menu of the day such as the blank squid ink spaghetti. We also liked that we could get tomato ketchup and vinegar and Thai chili sauce to go with the chips.
