+ I visited again with my friend and we both felt really great Thanks!nnOh! I enjoyed delicious foods and a great latte with a reasonable price. I visited with my friends, and they were also happy to choose this place. It was my first experience going to the casino in Dunedin. Very friendly staff, very comfortable restaurant! Good n+ I got the 10% discount directly after I made a free membership card
Stayed at the Scenic hotel as I do every month, and naturally enjoy the Grand Casino! Had an amazing time sitting at the casino bar in between games. Was served by the most friendly staff: Jared, Riley, Edwin ,Hendrix, Nate & Lilli. I wanted to insure I got everyone’s name as it was a top notch customer service experience. There was an incredibly rude customer who made a scene, and Jared specifically handled it with absolute professionalism! Even though I lost playing black jack I won the night with a great experience from a great staff! Highly recommend to stop in for drinks, food and friendly environment!
We were a party of 8 friends.nFantastic service, great menu and beautiful surrounds. The market fish on mash potatoes and asparagus was perfect. Those that had the schnitzel were amazed at the size of it. It was huge. Lovely food and staff were very attentive.
Have gone to the casino for several years and was a regular. Prior to the rebrand there were great deals for members, the restaurant had nightly deals, staff were super friendly and engaging. Birthdays were an event for lots of members for their birthday month for food and drink. When the place changed to the Grand we went in for a meal and asked for a doggy bag to take the remaining food as we wanted to order a dessert as well, the staff said no, we weren’t allowed to take our food from the premises our food that we’d paid for. That was the last time I ate there. I went there last night for a go on the machines, on my birthday. It was the casinos 26th year birthday. The place was quite busy but nothing about the place seemed special. The hourly prizes were dull and lacked any real thought. The restaurant that you have to book now since becoming the Grand had only a sprinkle of people in it. The thing that annoyed me the most about the place is that none of the machines I played/saw allowed anyone to gamble a win, I mean, we are there to gamble, why take this feature away from the machines? That was the last straw for me, I’ll never go back to this place that was my 2-3 nights per week prior to being the Grand, to maybe once every 6 months after changing over. Disappointing would be an understatement.
Shout out to Olivia & Henry, I had a few issues with my free play on card, unfortunately customer service and cashiers couldn't help as were busy and only had 1 computer working. These guys heard my struggles and managed to sort it
