Love this place. Great to visit any time of the year. Was drawn to see the stinky plant, went back multiple times to see the changes. Depending on how I feel and the season dictates where I might spend the time. Lovely walks either on the flat or you can go up the hill..
A beautiful and extensive outdoor garden with an indoor section housing a rare corps plant. We were lucky enough to see it in bloom. Highly reccomend this botanic garden for a midday stroll or after dinner walk.
Really lovely place! I like Sid, he is a cute parrot boy even can say hello! Really love dig hole ~ I can watch him all day
Some very good parts other parts are lacking, great succulents in the glasshouse, good place to kill a few hours
This garden is massive so it's great for people who want to stay fit and enjoy looking at lots of beautiful flowers. There was also a train ride for kids that was also tons of fun for adults. The conductor shared lots of interesting facts during the ride.
Very beautiful gardens and avery, but very spaced out, lots of the walks between the gardens were not that botanically interesting, but looks like a great place to spend a sunny afternoon! Green house was beautiful but small. Loved the south Africa garden, smelt amazing! And the herb garden was very nice. And loved seeing the keas
I love visiting botanical gardens and this one is spectacular. Easy walking in lower garden. Can't walk up the hill to the Rhodos and azaleas there is transport. Well informed friendly staff. Well worth a visit.
