The flake was slightly bigger than the potato cake, which is disappointing, the chips were mostly bits n pieces not a great meal at all. Souvalaki was cold in the middle, so definitely frozen meat just warmed in microwave. I won’t be going back and I’m a new resident up this way.
Driving interstate all day stop in to get a feed just to be told sorry we're closed with still 18mins to go before closing time yet there was a customer probably family member in there waiting for food. Very very poor service. If your going to close at 7.42pm then don't advertise your open until 8pm with the open light still on inside your shop window.
Called in for a burger with the lot and a spring roll tonight, would have to be the worst burger I have ever had. could not eat the burger, pulled the burger out of bun, placed in the dog bowl even the dog would not eat it, never again This is the third time I've given the local businesses a go as that's my thing, off to Kilmore in future extremely disappointing
I use to live in wandong years ago and was around when this shop was first taken over by current owners I was very sus back then to what I was paying for as the menu had not been made visual and felt it was expensive but trusted what I paid. Was visiting my mum today and thought I would give them a go very disappointed and expensive $18 for min chips and 10 potato cakes to then check my bank account later in the day to find $20 was debited from my account so I’m guessing my concern all those years ago were correct, called and owned didn’t quite know what to say!! Check your accounts people if you use this fish and chip shop if this has been happening for years a lot of money has been made!! Very disappointing
Overpriced and terrible. Ordered flake and it came out soggy as in batter. Not crispy at all. Could not eat it! So disappointing! You are better off getting fish from frozen section of supermarket!
Visiting from NSW, cannot believe the quality of these Fish n Chips. Fish was very generous, Sth Melbourne Spring Rolls were amazing, chips were thick cut. Could not fault. Highly recommend.

slowest service, probably would’ve been quicker to buy some frozen chips, drive 15 minutes home and cook them myself.. over priced and terrible quality
Super friendly staff and great value for money food. Had the burgers, chips, dimmies and its all been great.
Great food, quick and friendliest staff you'll find. Our regular fish and chips place now and we come from 20kms away to get it!
