Dropped by for some quick eats after finishing the groceries, the place was busy but we found a table outside there’s also tables inside. We had two plates of dumplings, a vegetarian fried rice and a bean dish. The food came out quickly, there was a lot of food so good value! I asked for some take away containers which I was given along with a bag to put them in. The service was friendly and efficient. Will definitely be returning again
Came here for dinner with some vego friends. They loved the eggplant panfried dumplings. The salt pepper tofu were light and the topping was very savoury. The asian veges were limp and thin, not the substantial parts of the plant. The pork buns are cute, mild custard filling. Nice dough on the bun
Very impressed with the food here, didn't expect much from a dumpling restaurant in Westfield but came out feeling this might be one of the best dumplings in the eastern suburbs. Each variety of dumpling had really thin skin, yet robust enough to house a good amount of soup and the meaty fillings are generous . It takes alot of skill and experience to keep these tasty morsels in tact with this balance of skin, soup and filling. To top it all off, the price was very reasonable. $32 for 3 dishes and enough to feed 2 adults. We had; 1 Xiao Long Bao 2 Pan Steamed Pork and Chive Dumplings 3 Pan Fried Buns Parking: Shop is on the ground floor of Westfield Eastgardens, lots of parking available. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor, entrances to Eastgardens is wheelchair friendly.
Come here quite often and the food is delicious! I always, always get the pan fried pork and chive dumplings which are filling, flavourful and juicy - paired with some chilli oil and soy sauce - delicious!
Delicious dumplings, fresh hot and quick. My favourite is the soy eggplant dumplings!! You can choose wether you want your dumplings steamed or fried. A short queue to order at the counter, then after given a table number, off to find an empty table.....quite easy, as patrons are coming and going constantly. Go and get your own cutlery, bowls and water, and a short time later, our first meal appears....This is casual dining, Asian style. The noodles were great, fresh and soft, simply tossed in soy with sprouts, egg and scallions, with the most important wok fried "burnt" oil flavour permeating the dish. The Pan fried Pork Buns were "epic", amongst the best I've ever tried, and believe me, I've tried plenty. Half baked crispy bottoms with a pork mince filling which when accompanied with the rice wine vinegar, is pure heaven, and the last dish, Xiao Long Bao were very good, perhaps could've been hotter, as they didn't burn my lips! Fairly expensive for what is a "light lunch" coming in under $40 for two, but this IS Westfields, with ample parking, facilities, and shopping at hand. The Food Court had plenty of options, but this place was by far, the busiest. The locals know where to eat, and now I know too!
The food its really tasty but the staff its so rude... I use to ask 3 times for the vinegar and chilli oil and the waiter didn't bring to my table... she just told me go over there and take it.... I dont know why you offer a table service if don't know how to do it....
Our new favourite dumpling place! We only got delivery from them so can’t rate the service onsite but the food was prepared and delivered quickly. The dumplings are of good size, plum and flavourful. You can tell that they use good ingredients. The dumpling skins were nice and thin for handmade that is. Couldn’t fault any of them and the beef ones were the best I’ve had in Oz so far.

Just dropped by for some food. Their pan-fried bun and dumplings tasted great! The skin of the dumpling is really crunchy. Their buns are pretty juicy too.
