This place is great, elegant furniture at fair prices, I got everything I needed for my new place. The staff are amazing and super helpful. Would highly recommend.

I have recently purchased a lounge here, and had to do research and bargaining to ensure that I got the best price. I was told 1 price, then 1 week later the price went up - by $500. I was also told that the lounge I wanted was now no longer available until maybe the new year. Upon ringing around, other stores said, yep we can get it, and yep we can deliver for a much lower price. When I went back to them, they did pass on the lower price, and the lounge was then available. The next problem was delivery, I was told yes we can deliver next week, then the truck broke down, followed by a phone call which I missed to say we can deliver on Thursday this week instead, to which I called back and said yes please, only to find out, that was not actually possible. Moral of the story, don't always believe the first story, they are sales people, and will do what it takes to maximise profit over customer service.

Excellent sales staff and professional service,  prices are very competitive, and the delivery guys were on time and were friendly.  Unloaded my lounge with care and set it up for me.  Definitely returning when I need something else,  thanks Duffys Furniture great service for Atherton tablelands.

Newman Family Law have been dealing with Duffy's Furniture for the outfitting and ongoing supply of furniture for our legal practice for over 11 years.  The quality of their product, their service and helpful professional advice is first class.  It is well worth considering, for Cairns businesses, to deal with this local Tablelands furniture supplier.

Thank you to the sales lady who sold us the beds and also the delivery guy. I wasn't home and he couldnt get into contact with me but he made sure our packages were safe in our garage. Top service!!

I've bought a couple of furniture items from Duffys Furniture and am really happy. The prices were excellent both times. The staff are very friendly and always very welcoming when you walk in. There is heaps of furniture to choose from in this shop, the whole store is much bigger than it first appears. Great store, great service, great prices, Im a happy customer :

After seeing a recent promotion on their front window, offering 50% discount on King size mattresses, The bigger the mattress, the bigger the discount!!! I was annoyed to find that the discount was only on selected mattresses. The salesperson was adamant that the sign stipulated it was on "selected mattresses only" but on rechecking the sign this was not the case. I left the store without bothering to look at any other mattresses. I find their actions deceptive and complained to their H.O. Despite their HO offering to sell me the first and only mattress that I had looked at, but not tested, at the 50% discount I decided that although I like to "buy locally" I will not deal with this store. I will, instead, drive 150 kms to Cairns and buy something there.

I  have lived in Atherton all my life, and for as long as I can remember my parents and now my own family shop with Duffy's Furniture to make our house a home. We have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Duffy's to furnish our new home, not only do they stock unique quality products, the staff will go out of their way to assist you with getting exactly what you want. Patrice's design flair has helped me make the right decision for my home. For me there is no other option, a long standing local family business.
