I took in three dresses and paid quite a lot for the service One dress had fragile buttons which I explicitly explained to them - they lost the buttons when I came in to discuss this - they dismissed me with - we will call you if we find them. I heard nothing about a refund or repair. I went back in and saw the owner and they managed a repair of the dress and did it for free. Took a while but I must admit for the price and the effort it was under expectations they made it right in the end.
I sought them out hoping for better service on some very expensive items. Sadly three items came back with new stains. In one case an embroidered flower ran into the white dress it was attached to. All items are unwearable. Very disappointed.
On my recent holiday in Sydney I was so pleased to alright on Dry Green. My Christmas and New year finery excellent and environmentally conscious treatment as well! Great service and clothes care turn around . Recommend
Always my go to for special items but also general dry cleaning. Excellent results every time. Great service too.
Arrived Thursday at 1.00pm. Not open. Went to another dry cleaners. Understand these special days that business is not as usual.
Great quality service. You get whar you pay for.
