AVOID this chemist at all cost! I made a online booking 3-days ago to attend today at 10am to undertake a sleep assessment. On arrival, I was told that the only person that was qualified to oversee the assessment wasn’t working? As an alternative, I was offered a take home self-testing device that would cost $150. I again advised that I was present to undertake the sleep assessment? To which the pharmacist advised that I could return tomorrow at 12pm to speak to the person that could facilitate the test? I then questioned why they had an online booking system that wasn’t accurate nor did it reflect the hours of the practitioner who could oversee the test? Again, she was unable to answer this question. I then requested to speak to person who was responsible for managing the pharmacy. She advised that it was her and she was the manager? I mentioned that it was concerning that they could only identify that there was an issue with the online booking system once I physically arrived at the pharmacy. Ironically, I received a reminder email and SMS this morning with confirmation of my appointment? Extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate and incompetent.
The staff here are amazing. Prompt, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacy staff took time to talk through my prescriptions, give additional advice from the GP and provided me with extra written information in an easy to understand manner. All was so helpful. Thank you
Consistently excellent service. As a local Sports Physician, I find the pharmacists here a pleasure to work with. They regularly help me update my medical kit emergency supplies. They can never be the cheapest, but you are paying for the quality of service and expertise. Lucky to have them around the corner.
DO NOT GO HERE if you don’t want to feel disappointed. I booked myself in for a time slot that was available on the website for a COVID booster shot only to be told they are not available or accommodate as I am the only one getting it done for the day. I just think if they aren’t able to accommodate for the time slot they should delete it on the website so time isn’t wasted. The service was terrible and they were unable to provide another chemist that could do the booster shot for the day. Explained to the pharmacist that I could not return another day due to time constraints at work. The pharmacist I spoke to was left speechless and we’re not helpful at all. I will not be coming back to this chemist.
Always friendly, welcoming and efficient service especially in those times when you aren’t feeling great. The team make you feel like part of the family and offer helpful and professional advice. Flu vaccinations are always quick, easy and with a smile!
Great staff; always good experience
This has been my regular pharmacy for a few years now and the quality of care and information from the lovely staff is fantastic. They do a great job with the flu vac, and the app for managing and reordering scripts is excellent. Good range of items. And they’re cheerful and warm people!
If you’re living in Drummoyne, you’re lucky to have the best pharmacy in Sydney right on your doorstep. All of the staff here are amazing, so helpful and above all - very caring. They go above and beyond all of the time. I can’t thank you enough…
Amazing friendly staff! I’m always greeted with a smile when I arrive here. They keep my scripts on file and remember my information even better than I do! I also got a free water with my flu vaccine- what a bonus! Could not recommend more
The service at TerryWhite Drummoyne is second to none. The pharmacists and staff are knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. I recently went into lockdown and needed a prescription filled. Debbie, the angel, walked the filled prescription up the road to my apartment after she finished work to ensure I had what I needed. Thank you!
