Around 12 months ago, I was looking for a new set of irons. I went into another golf store, near the airport, and didn’t have one person approach me for over ½ hour. I went to DG Cheltenham, and although I’m not big into pushy sales, they asked if I needed anything and gave me space. YC helped me pick the best set for me, even though I wanted a different set, because I’d heard they were better. Blake on the weekend was polite and again, not pushy when I was looking at getting some golf balls embossed with our insignia, for our upcoming corporate golf day. Another reason to recommend your branch to anyone I know who plays golf.
Not sure about this store. Took some time to get advice. Seems a lot of young blokes just standing around chatting. Was a genuine club buyer but wasn't given confident answers. Probably needs a good manager to shake up the employees a little. Has the potential to be really good but was disappointed on that day and I am generally easy to please. I bought a whole new set, Fitted and delivered elsewhere which was a shame as I always bought from Drummond in the past.
Amazing evening testing out new clubs and driver, very new to the hobby and Sean Roach there was fantastic! I’ve got my membership now and will be returning to the sims regularly!

I had a very positive experience at Drummond golf Cheltenham. I went in and got fitted up for free by young man by the name of Jack. His service was outstanding, very friendly helpful young man. I also spoke with Darren, he was very generous with his suggestions and advice and very helpful and friendly. After these very positive experiences, I decided I would buy a set of clubs from there as I felt very confident with the advice that I was given. I went to the store and spoke with a man by the name of Nick, And he did me an exceptionally good deal. As well he gave me some great advice which made me change the size of my handle grip for the better. Nick was also very friendly and helpful. When I picked my clubs up today, I dealt with a young lady by the name of Immi. She also was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Drummond golf Cheltenham. They are not pushy at all with sales, and are very genuine people. The customer service there is exceptional and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Had a lesson booked, called to say I was running late and walked in 4 minutes after the booked time. I waited a further 12 minutes whilst Darren was on the phone. I had somewhere to be after the lesson, so left early with only 14 minutes of a 30 minute lesson remaining. Staff pointed fingers & blamed each other.
I never leave reviews online but today I was super impressed with the patience and care of YC at Drummond Golf Cheltenham. He didn’t rush me and even gave me a little golf lesson whilst measuring me up. Really great service, I will be back!
