Best customer service hands down. Now that I have been here I will not hesitate to recommend them to other drummers out there just starting their journey into music. I loved looking with my daughter today we had such a wonderful time picking our drum sticks and new kick pedal.
Best drum shop in Melbourne! I've been going here for 5+ years. The service and equipment is always top notch. Very knowledgeable staff and go above and beyond to support your needs. Highly recommend to any musician.
Staff are fantastic and very helpful. Always have what we need at great prices.
Looking for SERVICE stop looking and call or drop in. We made a call and got the ultimate assistance. With no idea who to ask about getting a new Design for our Drum Skin for the base drum in our pipe band. No problem here is a number to call they maybe able to sort it for you, and they did. While we could not purchase this time we will in the future.
An incredible range of gear, including some of the most beautiful kits you'll see. The dw exotic Tasmanian kit is a highlight. Hook in for a look, it's definitely worth it. You'll find something you want for sure.
The stuff are fantastic. Helpful and so knowledgeable, helped me get my hardware sorted within minutes.
You know those kinds of music stores where you walk in and the staff treat you like you don't know anything, this place is one of those. I looked for a product on their website, website said it was in stock. Could've ordered it online but I prefer to buy in store for larger purchases, and I wanted to try the product to see if was going to do what I wanted. Got to the store and was told they didn't have the item. I said the website says you do, I was told the website is an online store only and that there is a disclaimer on the front page stating as much. FYI, there isn't. Sure, it says welcome to the Web store, but thats it, it doesn't state the physical store is not represented by the website and its design leads you to believe the store has the items it lists by labelling then 'in stock'. If it's a web store only, why would you list items that aren't in stock? Anyway... I get a talking to about how they can't keep things at the store because people from regional areas order things, I had driven from Ballarat specifically for the item. I asked about another item that is listed on the website as in stock. The guy goes out back to get it and comes back with a different item saying 'I thought we had it but don't', the website thought they had it too. I honestly don't mind them not having stock, but I don't appreciate being fed some line about it being my fault for not understanding the website, and especially don't inform me stock is needed for people in regional areas when I had driven almost 2 hours to look at the things you said you had. Just do better. TLDR: Make your website clearer. Don't talk a big game when you're bringing nothing to the table.
Really chill and really helpful. My stool kept sliding down and the guys problem solved the heck of it. I was ready to give up but they managed to come up with a neat and cheap solution. 10/10 customer service.
A great store for everything related to drumming with extremely knowledgeable staff that are a pleasure to deal with.
Corresponded with these guys through their online store, excellent customer service, couldn't be happier! Wide range of products, reasonable prices, and quick postage. Thank you for your service.
